08/17/2008: "It was the dawn of the third age of mankind..."
mood: lazy
I've found a new hobby - sitting around every evening just watching episode after episode of Babylon 5 ^^; I borrowed the first season on DVD from a friend, and since it's been years since I saw it I really enjoy rewatching it. It's the most relaxing thing to do after work - after 3-4 episodes my mind is totally removed from all the stress and worries of my job, and I can actually fall asleep more easily, haha.
I've finally started reading Breaking Dawn. For some stupid reason, the publisher refused to send us the books before the publishing date - which meant we could not start selling it from the actual publishing date, but had to wait 2 weeks for the books to arrive from England :( I'm enjoying the book so far and it's delightfully huge :) Next book to look forward to is of course The Tales of Beedle the Bard!! I never thought that we common mortals would ever get to read it. Of course I want this edition..
I went to Denmark to visit a friend last weekend and had a really nice time. Upon arrival, though, when I was going to switch on my phone after the flight, I realized that I'd forgotten to memorize my new pin code and of course I hadn't written down my friend's phone number anywhere :P This was troublesome because I didn't know when I'd arrive in her town and I needed her to pick me up because I'd never been there before.. Eventually I found a combined internet/phone booth, and found her dad's phone number, so I could call him to ask for her number. Of course, on the top of it all, I had to wait one hour for the stupid train. When I finally arrived, it was around 1 o'clock in the morning and I was pretty exhausted. The next day was great though, we went to Copenhagen and the weather was nice. Found the botanical garden which was really beautiful, and did some shopping. On Sunday we walked around the little town where she lives. It's very pretty and there are some really cozy looking houses there - but it was strangely quiet. Hardly any people out and about, and almost no lights on in the houses at night.. really weird. On Monday I spent some time in Copenhagen before getting on the plane back to Oslo. I looked around in some shops, but didn't buy anything! *gasp* The things that I liked were all rather expensive, and I'd rather save my money right now so I can have more to spend when I go to Japan..

Near the harbour area.

Nice Danish houses :3
A little green area between my friend's apartment building and her job - must be so nice to walk through here every day!

Great blog. I really like Sugar Sugar Rune fan site. Sadly, in my country there are only 4 volumes of SSR out so I beg you to put some more spoilers on your site! xD

Ahaha I read Breaking Dawn. I really like the middle section of the book, because Jacob's my favourite character. The way things turn out is a little weird for me, but you'll find out soon xDD
Ahah, whoa! That grass is sooo green. lol I don't think that kind of grass exists in Australia xDDD
